Description of service

CreateMockup is a free online tool that generates device-frame mockup images from URLs or uploaded screenshots. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate mockups of content you do not have the right to reproduce.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use automated scripts to make bulk requests without prior permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Mockup images you generate are yours to use for any personal or commercial purpose. You retain all rights to the content you provide (URLs and uploaded images). The device-frame templates, site design, and CreateMockup branding remain our intellectual property.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreateMockup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
